Return and refund policy


You have 14 days from the day of receipt to place a return request if you find any issues or if you change your mind.

Return postage payable by the customer. Item must be in it's original condition and packaging, with no marks or signs of use.

If the item is found to be damaged, My Perfect Ebike will decline the return and ship back to the customer at our cost.

If the return is accepted then My Perfect Ebike will issue a refund to the customer’s original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days to receive a refund.
